We've been working su'paw hard in the background to bring you a brand new website with access to more features, including dog food subscriptions and our new Waggy Loyalty scheme. 

As part of this transition, returning customers will need to activate your new account to retrieve your past orders and loyalty points. We be sending your account activation via email on Wednesday 20th October from 2pm onwards. You may receive reminders from us, in which case please click the link in the most recent email from us. A quick search for the phrase 'Activate your new account' in your mailbox should bring up the emails.

Please check your inbox for your most recent activation email, or contact us via live chat/email to have it re-sent to you.

In the meantime, all customers can checkout as a guest on our new website. Any Waggy Loyalty points you earn from guest orders will be added to your account automatically once activated.
