OUR WEBSITE & ORDERS
Our website is open and currently operating as usual during this difficult time. We are working closely with our couriers and suppliers to ensure we can deliver food and essentials for your dogs in the coming weeks and months.
We are accepting orders online as usual but, if you are unable to place your order online, please call us on 01829 730078 to place your order over the phone. Please make note of the products you wish to order and have a card ready to make payment. If you are unable to get through to our team when calling, please leave a message with your name and number and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Currently, our courier services are uninterrupted and are operating as usual, although please expect possible delays of 1-2 days as they work around their increased volumes. Delivery is free for all orders over £35 and £3.99 for any orders below this amount. Please only order essential items wherever possible to help reduce the number of parcels entering the courier system.
Our courier DPD offers several contact-free delivery options including delivery to your door, safe place, neighbour or collection point. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched with a link to DPD where you can request any of these delivery options.
We are working with our suppliers in the UK to increase stock on all our food lines to ensure we can keep providing you with the products you need. Currently, there aren’t any restrictions on how much you can purchase. But please bear in mind that for very large orders over 30kg, we may have to split your order into several packages for delivery.
Some of our suppliers are experiencing stock shortages and delivery delays and as such, we may not be able to restock some products as quickly as we usually can. For updates on expected arrival days for any particular out of stock products, please contact us and we can provide you with the latest delivery information from our suppliers.
We are in daily contact with our warehouse team to ensure all orders are being processed and delivered efficiently and will act immediately if any concerns arise. We aim to process orders the same working day if received before 12pm, Monday-Friday.
The rest of our team work remotely from home, so our work is uninterrupted. We are on hand for any questions or queries you might have.
Ultimately, we want all our customers and their pets to stay safe during this difficult and uncertain time. We hope our community of dog lovers and owners can come together to help us all through the coming weeks and months. We hope your family and pets stay healthy throughout this unprecedented period and support each other wherever possible.
